Privacy Policy

When you sign up, we collect:

• Email address
• Stripe customer ID (if you subscribe to Pro)
• Affiliate code (if you join the affiliate program)

Authentication is handled using one-time login codes sent to your email. We do not use passwords.

Waitlist data

When you create a waitlist or when someone joins your waitlist, we may store:

• Email addresses submitted to your waitlist
• Basic usage data (such as views, signups, and clicks)

Technical data

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and operate the service. These cookies are required and cannot be disabled. We also use the Endorsely tracking script for affiliate referrals. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics service. Plausible does not track individuals, does not use cookies, and is GDPR compliant. All data is anonymized and aggregated.

Payment processing

If you subscribe to Tendril Pro, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID to manage your subscription. We do not store your payment card details - these are securely handled by Stripe.

Affiliate program

Tendril offers an optional affiliate program powered by Endorsely. If you join the program, your affiliate code and earnings data are stored. Commission tracking is handled by Endorsely and Stripe.

How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Provide and operate the service
• Authenticate users
• Display analytics and insights
• Improve the product

Data storage

Data is securely stored using trusted third-party providers, including:

• Supabase (user data, waitlist data)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• Endorsely (affiliate tracking)
• Plausible (anonymized analytics)

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Tendril for unlawful purposes
• Abuse, spam, or attempt to disrupt the service
• Upload harmful or misleading content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
